🏡 Large Double Room in Lovely House

I'm looking for a friendly, respectful and professional single lodger to share my home.
The room is a large double bedroom, newly painted and currently unfurnished. I do have furniture available, though, so I'm happy to discuss furnishing the room if that's what you need.
The rent is £650 per month, with bills separate and shared between us. These are approximately £150 per month, including Wi-Fi.
🏠 The house
It's a spacious 4-bedroom house with a large garden, generous kitchen/dining area and comfortable lounge.
The family bathroom is directly opposite the bedroom and will effectively be your bathroom most of the time. I have an ensuite, so I don't normally need to use it, although I will occasionally use the bath and may use the bathroom when I have guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has two air fryers (because apparently one wasn't enough 😂), and there's a washing machine and tumble dryer. The tumble dryer is mainly used during the winter.
There's also a private parking space included.
The house is smoke-free.
🐶 Meet your other housemate
I have a lovely Jack Russell who is very much part of the household. She's a great little housemate and will probably assume you're there primarily to give her attention.
So, importantly, you need to like dogs! 🐶 Unfortunately she is petrified of other dogs so I can't have any other pets here.
I'm also vegan and would ideally prefer to share with another vegan, as that's an important part of how I live.
🌿 What I'm looking for
I'm a working professional and this is a quiet, relaxed home rather than a party house. I'm sociable and enjoy a good chat, so I'm looking for someone who is friendly and happy to share a home rather than someone who wants to completely disappear into their bedroom.
Ideally, you'd be another working professional, and someone who is active and enjoys getting out and about would be a great fit.
Working from home may be possible depending on your occupation and how this would work within the house.
I'm happy for you to have an overnight guest occasionally – around once a month.
I'm open to both short-term and long-term lets, depending on what you're looking for.
