I have a double bedroom available, I am usually out of the house from 7am to 9pm Monday to Friday with work and fitness. The property is quiet plus it is two minutes from the high street, ten minutes walk from the beach and ten minutes walk from the train station. I am the only person living in the house, it is a three bedroom property however the third bedroom will not be rented out. Ideally looking for someone Monday to Friday but will consider full time for the right person. All bills included, good WiFi speed.
