Lovely ensuite double rooms in bright modern house

Room 1

We currently have four rooms available in this lovely, civilised, non smoking house.

The house has a spaciougs open plan living room with kitchen, dining area and sitting area. The kitchen is well equipped with all the normal appliances, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. There is ample food preparation and storage space. The comfortable living area has two leather sofas and a wall mounted 42” tv. There is a dining table and four chairs.

Room 1 has an ensuite wet room with toilet, wash basin and shower. It’s furnished with a double bed, large built in wardrobe, desk and shelves. It has a door directly to the outside of the house.

Room 2 is very similar to room 1

Room 3 has an ensuite shower and shares a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin with just one other room. It has a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a work area.

Room 4 has an ensuite shower and
shares a cloakroom with toilet and wash basin with one other room. It has a double bed, large built in mirrored wardrobe, work area and shelves.

The house is close to the Railway station and has good bus links including to Bournemouth hospital. It’s within walking distance of the city centre. There is a large Asda supermarket nearby as well as Aldi, Lidl and a Tesco Express. Free car parking is available by arrangement.
