We are renting out one of our spare bedrooms, which also comes with your own private lounge in the loft room, giving you plenty of space and privacy.

The bedroom will be fully decorated before move-in, including fresh paint, new curtains and a new light. The window in the spare room will also be repaired before the new tenant moves in.

The room will come with the ottoman bed shown in the pictures, along with a new mattress. There will also be one wardrobe in there to.

We are a couple in our mid-20s
We have two friendly dogs so you need to love dogs too

Shared kitchen with your own designated cupboards
American-style fridge/freezer with plenty of storage for shared use
2 bathrooms, so there shouldn't be any stress over bathroom use
Shared garden
Driveway parking
Space to store one bike if needed
Very close to a local shop and bus stop, with easy bus routes towards Castlepoint, Bournemouth town centre and surrounding areas.

We're looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and tidy who will treat the home with respect and like there home too.

The room offers a great balance of privacy and shared living, with the added benefit of your own private lounge space.
