The whole apartment is yours to enjoy including lounge and kitchen etc so feel free to add whatever you like! There’s a lovely spacious balcony to use, very private and chilled, gets all the morning sun til 2pm ish and fine for smokers to use for that as well.
It’s a lovely clean large modern flat, there’s security door downstairs with an intercom and buzzer etc in the flat for additional peace of mind. I commute to work and use company vehicles so you’ll have your own personal parking space downstairs in the communal car park specifically for you. There’s also a lift directly to the apartment door as it’s on 1st floor so very safe and cosy. Kitchen has everything like virtually new washing machine and there’s a dishwasher which is handy. There’s Wi-Fi and all bills included.
I’m a current housemate of approx 4 years here, super chilled and laid back, I work 6:30am to 4/5pm mon - fri so I’m out all day and generally just watch movies in my room in the eves and sleep!!
