The home
You'll share a kitchen and bathroom with two other people: me (live-in landlady, working from home) and one other housemate who works outside the home. All bills are included in the rent, so there are no surprise costs.
Who I'm looking for
Female, 30+, working full time outside the home
Single occupancy only (no couples)
Tidy, clean, calm and considerate
Someone who respects shared spaces and keeps them clean and organised
House rules
I work from home and go to bed early, so a quiet home is essential
Overnight guests are welcome occasionally, but must be agreed in advance and limited to a maximum of 2 nights
