Double room to rent in Charminster

This is a very bright and spacious room in Charminster (a lot of light comes in through a big bay window). There are 2 people currently living in the house, me and my lodger Martha. This is a very clean and quiet house, perfect for a professional person. The room is fully furnished and the house is in a quiet area of Charminster. There are 2 parking spaces, one of which is used by me, the live-in landlord.
I put a lot of emphasis on the cleanness of this space and I'd expect you to be a clean and tidy person and follow the rules of the house.
There is a small backyard with a table and some chairs to sit on on a sunny day and a small shed.
We are very easy-going people. Both of us work very hard and expect quiet environment after we come back home from work.
The kitchen is fully equipped and I will make sure you will have a lot of storage room.
There is a very fast fibre optic Internet in the house.
The house is very well insulated, so it is warm in winter months.
