The room has recently been decorated.
Pine furniture, new wood effect flooring,
Double glazing and heating through out house.
There is a lovely bathroom with a separate shower to share. ( And a second toilet. downstairs )
Also there is access to the south facing garden.
There is a washing machine for use.( We go to launderette for the dryer.) The "line" in the garden in the summer!
The kitchen/dinner is our shared spaced. You'll have your own fridge /freezer and a large larder cupboard.
There are several local shops, bus stops at the top of the road.
We have easy access to Bournemouth Town centre and the train station.
Also easy walk to the beach.(20 min walk)
A short cycle to the university and Bournemouth Hospital.
We are an easy 10-15 walk to JP Morgan.
This is a quite house,
Friendly. Weekly Shared Cleaning, which is Important but easy... :)
We have a shy cat.
If you are a smoker, then there is a garden for you to smoke.
