The property is convenient for Bournemouth airport university, and the hospital, also JP Morgan all approximately 10 minutes drive away
There are frequent buses (bus stop directly opposite) which can take you to all areas, town centre being 20 minutes away. Poole 30 minutes and Ferndown 15 minutes.

Parking is available in adjacent street. Bikes can be kept securely at the rear of the bungalow.
