Monday to Friday or short term

Hi,
I have a spare room available on a Monday to Friday or short term basis.

Would Suit someone working/studying in the area who returns home at weekends. Sunday night return is fine.

Its a small, 2 bedroom bungalow with just myself living here
I work full time and lead a quite life.

The spare room is a large double with a king size bed and over looks the garden.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual appliances new cooker and washing machine.
There is small but modern shower room and a separate loo.

The property is convenient for the RBH, Bournemouth university and the airport also JP Morgan all of which are a 10 minute drive away.....depending on traffic!!

There is a bus stop directly opposite and there is a regular service to all areas including Bournemouth town centre, poole, Ferndown and Wimborne.

There is NO off road parking but plenty of Parking available in adjacent street.
Bikes can be kept securely at the rear of the bungalow.
