This is a friendly, clean, peaceful, home where people are sociable whilst respecting each other's privacy and belongings, it is not a noisy student party house.
There is one dog (which is in a separate area downstairs) so people who are pet lovers are essential.
There is fast wifi (Virgin) and TV in the communal kitchen/living area. There is a separate toilet downstairs for communal use. The communal areas are to be kept clean and tidy by all occupants thus showing respect for fellow housemates.
