Double furnished room in central Bournemouth flat

Our flat is currently all-female, friendly and welcoming, strictly non-smoking, and very centrally located in Bournemouth, modernised, with central heating, fully furnished comfortably, and spacious. Fast WiFi included. The flat is ideally located only a 15 minute walk to town centre and beach, 10 minute walk to Charminster shops/restaurant/nightlife area, and a 20 minute walk to Bournemouth University. There is plenty of unrestricted car parking, but there is no secure covered space for a bicycle.
There is one double room available from 14 March for single occupancy, for an inclusive rent of £480 monthly. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED with absolutely nothing else to pay. We are looking for one friendly housemate, preferably female (because we are currently all female) who is neat and clean and who enjoys company but respects the privacy and personal space of others.
