Fantastic large dble in spacious renovated house

I have 1 large-sized downstairs double room in a large Edwardian house in the Queens Park area of Bournemouth. House will is shared between myself and 2 other guys. The current other 2 tenants are early 30's working professional with active / sport lifestyle. The house would best fit a working professional (or student) who is looking for chilled out friendly place to live. No home working I'm afraid. I especially like having tenants from overseas as I like sharing the house with interesting people from other countries. The most important thing is that you are trustworthily, easy going and respectful of others.

Personally, I'm into keeping fit and try to do sports whenever I can, mostly kitesurfing and running. I'm laid back and easy going type of person. I am not into partying, but I do like occasional social evening. I'm newly separated (and very much liking that) so actually getting out a bit will be good for me :)

I have 2 dogs and a cat so you must like animals.

I have 2 daughters age 5 and 10 that stay with me every other week (for the week). I travel quite a lot and sometimes I may be away for several weeks at a time.

It is a quiet road with a large park at one end. It's around 10 minutes by bike to the town centre, or JP Morgan. Easy parking.

There is a toilet close to the downstairs room which is pretty much only for that room, and a large shared bathroom upstairs. I have my own en-suite bathroom.

I have a large well-kept garden which is nice in the summer. There is space to store bikes etc if you need it.

All bills included but we share the cost of a weekly cleaner (£30 per week between us). You will have use of the house including large kitchen / dinner and garden, which should be treated like your home.
