Single room in town centre

I have a single rooms in town centre, close to the shops and bus stops etc. This room is fully furnished with a single bed, fitted wardrobe, chests of drawers, bedside table and study table.

There is a shared living room, kitchen with all appliances including fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, and fast wireless internet. Two separate bathrooms (toilet, shower, sink etc).

Suitable for students & working professionals. The room is also ideal for international and exchange students. Bills included (if working might have to pay council tax), deposit, pay monthly £430.

The house is quiet for your comfort, so, everybody can do their things. A set of clear rules (cleaning after yourself, being quite, etc.) will avoid any problems you might experience while other tenants are living here as well. Looking for long-term 6+ months, clean and easy going tenants. Sorry, no parties and visitors.
