Two comfortable double bedrooms available in a spacious, clean, detached house near to Queens Park. We are looking for working people or students to join our quiet, relaxed, easy-going and friendly household (a mix of male and female).

The house is just off the Wessex Way A35 and bus stops to all areas of Bournemouth and Poole are only a minute away The Hospital, JP Morgan, the Uni campus, the football stadium and Castlepoint are 10/15 minutes walk away.
There is plenty of safe, secure on street parking available.

There are supermarkets (Co-op and Aldi), corner shops, a chemist, a gym (Fitness First), takeaways, etc just round the corner.

Room 1 is on the ground floor at the back of the house overlooking the garden. It is bright and spacious. It is furnished with a kingsize bed, large wardrobe and a chest of drawers, a desk and an armchair. There is a bathroom next door.
Room 1 is available from 1st October and is £563 pcm

Room 2 is on the first floor at the front of the house and is very large and full of light. It is furnished with a kingsize bed, an Ikea wardrobe, desk, 3 chests of drawers and a sofa. There is a bathroom opposite.
Room 2 is available in December and is £575 pcm.

There are three bathrooms in the house in total, two of which are just for lodgers to share.

Spacious kitchen facilities to share including lots of cupboard space, 2 fridge freezers and all the kitchen equipment required: plates, cutlery, pans, airfryers, microwaves, slow cooker, etc. There is a dining area with a table and chairs.

Outside there is a seating area with a picnic bench and an undercover area for smoking and bike storage.

Cleaning of the shared areas and bathrooms, fast wifi and all bills included.
