I have a bright, spacious furnished room available in my home in central Bournemouth, ideal for a professional/working person (not WFH) looking for a comfortable, friendly and well-located place to live.

Seeking female lodger but could consider male .

The room is a good-sized double bedroom, furnished with a single bed and large wardrobe, and benefits from its own private bathroom, so you won’t need to share a bathroom.

There is shared use of the kitchen and living areas, with Wi-Fi and household bills included in the rent. I’m also happy to provide a microwave and kettle in the bedroom, giving you a little extra independence.

The house is conveniently located in central Bournemouth, with excellent access to local shops, restaurants, the town centre and transport links.

£600 per month – bills included.

I’m looking for a clean, tidy, considerate and respectful working professional who is looking for a longer-term home and would enjoy a relaxed and friendly household.

A few house rules:

* Single occupancy only
* No overnight guests
* No smoking or vaping in the house
* Respectful of a peaceful home environment
* Lodger to keep their room and private bathroom clean and tidy
* Shared kitchen and living areas to be left clean and tidy
