A bright and cozy single room will be available now and I’m looking for a female housemate to move in.

The room has wooden flooring, is fully furnished, and faces south-east, allowing in plenty of natural sunlight, a warm and peaceful space to relax or study. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near Winton, with easy access to Winton high Street.

Details:
• Rent: £400 per 4 weeks
• Deposit: £200 (refundable)
• All bills included: WiFi, energy, water, etc.
• Shared facilities include a washing machine, refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen (pans, plates, cups, etc.).
• 2 weeks’ deposit and 4 weeks’ notice required before leaving.

House Rules:
• Female students preferred
• Non-smokers
• No visitors/overnight guests – to maintain a quiet and focused environment
• All housemates are mature, respectful, and friendly.

The house is always kept clean, quiet, and cozy – ideal for study and rest.
