Three bedroom modern bungalow situated in Northbourne, Bournemouth. I am retired and live here with my dog - so must be animal friendly. He does keep himself to himself though.
The room is currently furnished with a double bed with space for storage underneath, bed side tables, wardrobe and TV.
Shared kitchen with dining area and bathroom with shower and bath. This is only used occasionally as I have an en-suite but use of bath required sometimes.
Wifi and bills included, aswell as use of washing machine etc.
Off road parking, local bus routes, local amenities such as Kinson highstreet, Tesco, leisure centre etc.
Non smokers only please.
Easy going household, I am very clean and tidy and I just ask that you clear up after yourself and respect my home.
