I`m semi retired & have a good sized spare room, with comfortable Double bed & internet desk etc. to let.
Having mentioned this my last occupant used his own furniture, so will be leaving the room empty, i have the original furniture in store.
This Room occupant leaving end of April, to own home.

We have a bus route should this be wanted each end of my road - that goes to Poole` Centre 3. 6 miles
Or Bournemouth central` 2. 6 miles every 20 minutes -

Bournemouth ~ Hurn ~ Airport 4 miles away
B-TH. Uni.1 mile. Winton 1-5 Charmister 2 miles

Prefer long term let so get few changes, Am looking for working person / professional.

£130 :- SINGLE occupancy, with double bed.

Its a comfy relaxed atmosphere - in an Honest & quiet environment - well worth checking out.

My Internet Via EE at present. - Plus 2nd lodger has, furry TRAINED Akita cross "Boss dog" lodging, with him. 4 last 13 years. ~So we offer a lively secure "Fury at times" clean Home.

Have on road parking next to both gates, in very wide quiet "Bungalow" only area, short walk from Wallisdown Central.

Plus fenced in compound & lawn area at front & rear of this south facing property.
Me: retirement age; fit & lively for an Oldie? even have a sense of humor "somewhere" ?.?????.
