Lovely spacious room near Bournemouth station

We have this large room available for single occupancy in a spacious house share, just a short walk from Bournemouth train station. It’s available from around the 1st of September.

For food shopping, Asda, Lidl, and Aldi are all close by. There are excellent bus and train links, and it’s an easy walk to Bournemouth town centre and the beach. The house also has a large rear garden and secure bicycle storage.

The current housemates are a diverse group, aged approximately 25 to 35. Their interests include music, playing guitar, board games, nature, and plants. They’ve set up a cleaning rota, so you’d need to be happy to contribute. One of them has a cat.

The ideal new housemate would be someone friendly, considerate, and easy-going. A non-driver is preferred, as parking can be difficult.

The house is licensed by the council for a maximum of five occupants only, so the room is not available to couples or people with children.

About me: I’m a conscientious and trustworthy private landlord. The house and I have been thoroughly vetted by the council as part of the licensing process. There are no hidden fees or charges, and all the bills are included in the rent. Your deposit will be protected in a government-approved scheme.
