Thanks for reading our ad, we have a detached home in Winton.

The house is on the 20/M1/3/3a bus route so there is quick access to Train Station/Hospital/Town Center and buses continue onto Westbourne and Poole, CastlePoint/Hospital.

We are two clean and tidy easy going professionals who have have house shared for over many years.

The House
The house is on a quite road with plenty of parking and has been completely renovated so benefits from reliable heating & hot water excellent wifi in the house and gardens.

Shops
We are ideally located 5min drive to Castlepoint/ASDA/Sainsbury’s/Train station. The hospital and town centre are a short bus/cycle ride away and we are also close to JP Morgan.

Bedroom
The room for rent comes with king sized bed, Leesa memory foam mattress, solid oak furniture, 43" wall mounted TV that has access to satellite, Disney+, Amazon & Netflix (all included) and wall to wall fitted wardrobes and plugs including USB sockets either side of bed. There is also a desk and office chair not show in photo.
Bathrooms
You have access to a bathroom with bathtub /shower/toilet/sink and there is a separate bathroom with toilet/sink both are recently renovated.

Kitchen
As with the rest of the house the kitchen is recently installed with solid wood doors and flooring. You have access to a Fridge & Freezer. Microwave, Neff Double Over, Dualit Coffee Maker & Toaster, 5 Burner Wok Hob, Dishwasher and plenty of storage.

Dining Room
Leads off the kitchen and is a large spacious social area with plenty of seating.

Utility
Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer are located in the Utility were there is plenty of space for sorting out your washing, an ironing service is available if you don't like ironing.

We have two private garden areas the rear that leads off the kitchen where we have BBQ’s and a pizza oven for summer evenings and weekends.

The other garden is currently being landscaped but will have a large dining area and corner seating area with fire pit.

We have a garage for bikes/paddle boards etc

The property benefits from CCTV and a parcel deliver box for any packages you order. We also have mains powered & linked fire alarms in the hallways and kitchens as well as smoke alarms in the bedrooms.

Pets
We can’t take pets as we have two small dogs, both are pretty chilled out sofa surfers and can normally be found asleep in any sunny spot.
