I'm a 60 year old professional male living with my 56 year old wife and one other lodger 30 year old in a lovely 4 bed stone built house surrounded by fields in Bourton which is a quiet village with country pubs, a friendly village shop and fantastic walks including nearby Stourhead Estate. The A303 is very close to easily access links to London or Cornwall and Devon. Driving times to nearby towns are Shaftesbury 20mins, Gillingham 12 mins, Wincanton 10 mins and Yeovil and Salisbury 40mins. The house has stone floors throughout the ground floor, open fireplace, large country kitchen, downstairs shower room, utility room and spacious bathroom upstairs along with 4 double bedrooms and ample private parking. Our adjoining paddock has an abundance of plums, pears, eating and cooking apples which you will be more than welcome to and if you like growing veg then there is plenty of room for that too! We're friendly and easy going, so why not come and say hello and see if we suit you and you suit us and we'll take it from there..
