We are a professional couple with a 18-year old daughter and a very cute cat. My wife is Chinese and I am English.

Our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-storey house comes with a big back garden, and it is approximately 2 minute walk to Branksome recreation ground where people play football and do daily exercises, 10 min walk to the gym, Branksome train station, bus stop and Bournemouth gardens, 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth beach and Bournemouth town center, 8 minutes bus ride / 15 min bike ride / 35 min walk or 10 minutes bus from Bournemouth university Talbot campus.

These double bedrooms are spacious, tastefully decorated with matching furniture and come with nice garden views from the large windows . They have 67MB/ second super fast fiber optic broadband thats provided. House rule is no overnight visitors unless arranged in advance, no house parties.
Holding Deposit is £655 returned once tenancy has expired , the rent is payable every month in advance. Rent includes all bills and fibre optic broadband , use of nice landscaped
private garden and communal large kitchen dining area.
We have travelled to many countries and enjoy meeting people from different cultures :) We have hosted many language students from different countries in the past. Our bedrooms are on the first floor with our private bathroom, the tenants’ bedrooms are on the ground floor with ground there own bathroom; we are looking to rent the bedrooms on the ground floor to university students or a professional individual who is quiet, clean and doesn’t work from home or work nightshift.. You have access to the kitchen + dining + utility room and bathroom on the ground floor. However, the small living room with TV on the ground floor is not shared with our guests . No pets please , we would prefer not to rent the room to couples, however the twin room we would consider renting to friends either students or working professional's who don’t mind sharing a large twin room. Rates would be a £1000 per month or £500 per person x 2.
It is possible to provide home cooked meals , on a no special dietary basis at an extra cost of £40 a week per person .
