We are a professional couple with a 20-year old daughter and a very cute white cat. My wife is Chinese and I am English. House rule is no party, no overnight visit from family or friends.

Our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-storey house comes with a big back garden, and it is approximately 2 minute walk to Branksome recreation ground where people play football and do daily exercises, 10 min walk to the gym, Branksome train station, bus stop and Bournemouth gardens, 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth beach and Bournemouth town center, 8 minutes bus ride / 15 min bike ride / 35 min walk or 10 minutes bus from Bournemouth university Talbot campus.

This double bedroom is spacious, tastefully decorated with matching furniture and come with nice garden views from the large windows. They have 67MB/ second super fast fiber optic broadband that's provided.

Holding Deposit is £655 , the rent is payable every month in advance. Rent includes all bills, use of nice landscaped private garden and communal large kitchen dining area.

We have travelled to many countries and enjoy meeting people from different cultures :) We have hosted many language students from different countries in the past. Our bedrooms are on the first floor with our private bathroom, the tenants’ bedrooms are on the ground floor with your own ground floor bathroom; we are looking to rent the bedroom on the ground floor to university students or a professional individual who is quiet, clean and doesn’t work from home or work nightshift.. You have access to the kitchen + dining + utility room and bathroom on the ground floor. However, the small living room with TV on the ground floor is not shared with our guests. No pets please , we would prefer not to rent the room to couples.
