Our ideal housemate would be 25-55 professional female, someone who is quite, considerate but willing to socialise from time to time (others considered).

We do have a very well behaved, loveable cat (Neo), we will consider pets provided that don't mind a young cat to play with.

Rent is £400 per month payable in advance with a £250 refundable deposit.

The room is furnished. However, a single bed and a small desk can be supplied if required.
