One double bed annexe available in a quiet location of Branksome area .
If you are looking for a quiet location after a hard day at work than my annexe is ideal .
We will accept someone with pets and smoker and non-smoker too .
I can do two monthly deep clean of annexe only if you allow me as I don’t want to ruin your privacy .
And hopefully be a good friends too ☺️.
You will have your own entrance . Your own kitchen bedroom and shower room as shown in pictures .
Ideal will be unfurnished but if you want furnished than can be arranged too .
