Large room in character cottage (with dog)

Would you like a large room, with wash basin and separate shower/toilet room, in a characterful cottage? We will share the rest of the house; kitchen/dining room, utility with washing machine, cloakroom and sitting room. There is off-road parking, a garden at the front and patio at the back.

You will be sharing the house with me and my dog. She has free rein of the house so you need to be comfortable around dogs, though it is entirely up to you whether or not you let her into your room! We live a fairly quiet life. I am a professional with regular working hours and I have office space in the house for when I work from home.
I am looking for someone who will treat me and the property with respect whilst also feeling at home with us. I want you to feel comfortable and I find that most things can be accommodated/resolved with discussion.

You will be asked to contribute in a small way to the regular household chores.
There is no smoking inside the house.
Broadmayne village has a shop and pub. Surrounded by countryside with lots of public footpaths. Bus links to Dorchester and Weymouth.
