Two bright double rooms, one on the first floor and the other at the top of the house with views over the fields. You will be sharing the rest of the house with 2 other housemates. There is a large shared lounge, kitchen and dining room, as well as a garden. You will be sharing the bathroom with two other tenants.
Bills are included in the monthly rent, apart from the internet which is paid by one of the existing tenants. You will need to pay your share to him monthly.
The house is conveniently located for travel. It's only a one minute walk to the bus stop, which covers the Weymouth Dorchester route and also towards Preston, as well as Upwey train station, a 5 minute walk away.
