Property:
Both loft rooms are included - one as a double bedroom and the other as a living space. Low ceilings in both. Steep stairs up to loft so good mobility is essential.

Very close to bus stop and 10 min walk from Upwey train station. Ideal for hospital workers.

We would prefer someone who is vegan or vegetarian, although this is not essential and our current lodger is not and this has not been an issue.

Shared bathroom with shower over bath.
Large kitchen with dining table.
Use of garden.
Laundry facilities in the garage.
On road parking always available.

About us:
Young married couple. Teacher and anti social behaviour officer. One of us works from home in the kitchen space from 9-5 Monday to Friday.

We have rabbits and a dog. Must be confident around dogs as Dobby requires a calm lodger.

We are quiet, clean and tidy and are looking for someone who is happy to be independent and willing to contribute to keeping the shared areas clean and tidy.
