Room in Flat by the Beach

Double Bedroom

Room available in a three bedroom flat a stones throw away from the beach and canford cliffs high street. Sadly our current flatmate is moving due to relocating for work and we’re looking for someone to take her room and fall in love with the flat and area as much as we have. The room comes fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, drawers, double bed and bedside table. Our landlord is super lovely and attentive to anything we need.

About the two remaining flatmates: We’re friendly and looking to make our new flatmate feel welcome, we didn’t know each other before moving in and now get along really well, so hoping to find someone who is up for socialising with us but we are also very respectful of personal space. In the evenings we enjoy watching tv together, beach walks and occasional games nights.

Move in date: Open to discussion but ideally sometime in October/1st November.

Bills: approx. £150 but fluctuates across Winter and Summer
