The room in the house

Both of these rooms would suit a contractor or a working person Monday to Friday.

I have a small single room for rent in the house, fully furnished, use of shared bathroom, use of shared conservatory. Wifi throughout house. This room would suit a Monday to Friday Lodger.

I also have 2 caravans, which are let for holiday makers, but could also suit a Monday to Friday let, I have priced them for two people, but you would have to pay for the use of the shower in the house separately. The caravans have their own toilet, which is not flushing, and their own cooking facilities and cutlery etc, and full electricity. There is a pleasant garden with an outside table, and a private space next to each caravan.

If you wanted to stay at the weekend then you would have to pay the holiday let rate of 35 a night.

The house washing machine and dryer is not for general use and is not included in the cost.

Parking is in the street in designated areas. With the caravans it really works out at 20. 00 night with a housekeeping cost if you stayed less than 5 nights.

You are in a residential area, and would need to treat the neighbours with respect, and keep the noise level appropriate as we have a family living next door.

Saying that, Cerne has 3 pubs that serve food and a wonderful general store that sells everything you need.
