You would be sharing the house with 2 other professional females tenants.35yrs old+

There are 3 bedrooms in total. The room available is upstairs and shares a full bathroom (bath, shower over bath, sink, toilet) with 1 other female tenant

The room is a superking bedroom with 4m of built in storage, fitted wardrobes open plan shelving chest of drawers a large mirror and a smart tv

There is a fully fitted and well equipt shared kitchen which forms part of a large open plan kitchen diner ,opening onto a patio area and the garden which is south facing..

There is a secure shed in the garden for a bike but no onsite parking.. An on road parking permit can be purchased from BCP 12months for £70+

I am looking for a professional female who I will live quietly ,respectfully and harmoniously with the other house mates.

You must be in full time employment and not a shift or homeworker.
