One Double Rooms for single occupancy

I'm Elle. I am a 30 year old health care professional who has a three bedroom house that I share with my dog and lodger Sophie. I am looking for a likeminded, friendly/ dog- friendly lodger, who is clean and respectful.

The house is close to amenities, such as a 9mins walk (0.4miles) to Christchurch train station - which has direct trains to London. An 8 min (0.3miles) walk to Christchurch centre. Lidl and Home Bargins is an 11min (0.5mile) walk. It is a short drive to the beach and other shops.

The whole house, including the one double room, for single occupancy, has been recently renovated. The room has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared areas. The house is fully furnished and has no space to hold more furniture.

I have a garden which is next on my project list. There is loft space and plenty of street parking on the streets around the house.
