We are seeking a single occupier looking for a calm, comfortable and secure environment to stay in a totally separate part of our house with easy parking, situated on the outskirts of Christchurch, and ideally positioned for the airport, JP Morgan, Bournemouth Hospital and the town centre etc.
Our preference would be someone studying or working away from home, perhaps on a contract basis, but for the right person we are prepared to be flexible.
The suite has been recently redecorated, is fully furnished and provides a tranquil and relaxing self contained environment. This comprises a bedroom/lounge complete with bed and plenty of wardrobe/drawer storage, an armchair plus a breakfast bar, desk and stools. There is a kitchen area with worktop, sink, new water heater, fridge, microwave, kettle, air fryer and induction hob together with plentiful cooking utensils, crockery etc., and an electric shower plus toilet ensuite. There is also a tv fitted with free access to sky etc. The rent is to include all bills and high speed Wi-Fi.
We are within walking distance of local shops, bus stops, a bar, takeaways and laundrette and the property backs directly on to the lovely walking area of St. Catherine’s Hill.
Our current occupier is in the latter stages of a house purchase which is due to complete on the 28th of May so therefore the suite will be available from the 1st of June.
