We are looking for a working professional to rent out our lovely garden room/studio, built within our garden but offering a separate entrance with full privacy.

This has been newly renovated with full insulation, double glazed windows/doors and heating. It is fully furnished with new double bed, sofa, desk, wardrobe and other storage.

The studio is very spacious, quiet and situated on quiet residential street with free street parking available.

You will have kitchen facilities such as hob, microwave and air fryer. Own bathroom comprising of toilet, sink and shower.

Location is very convenient for Christchurch, Bournemouth and Castle Point. Close to JP Morgan, Bournemouth Airport, Christchurch and Bournemouth Hospitals.

We’re a friendly but busy couple who are both working part-time. We have 2 grown up daughters, one who visits at weekends and one who lives around the corner. We also have a lovely cat 😺.
