The room is furnished with a double bed, a chest of drawers and a wardrobe although if you prefer to have your own furniture, any and all of these things can be removed. Decent size kitchen/living room with breakfast bar. High speed wifi and all utilities included in price, apart from council tax. Since im a student and exempt, you might be liable to pay that if you choose to officially register here (25% discount will be applied for single people).
