Lovely double room in relaxed, dog-friendly home. £850 all bills included

Gorgeous furnished double room available in a lovely, chilled 3-bed house.

The house is clean, comfortable and peaceful, with a garden, Wi-Fi and plenty of on-road parking right outside in a quiet cul-de-sac.

I live here with Roo, my beautiful blue Staffy. I want whoever moves in to actually feel at home, not like you’re permanently tiptoeing around someone else’s place.

I work full-time and I’m currently out of the house for around 12 hours on working days, so you’ll have the place to yourself a lot. I’m friendly and sociable but also independent and like my own space, so ideally I’m looking for someone similar.

Basically, don’t be offended if I occasionally disappear into my room and leave you to it! 😂

Roo is a gorgeous, ridiculously friendly blue Staffy and very much part of the household, so I’m looking for someone who genuinely loves dogs, not someone who’s just okay with having one around.

Ideally I’d love someone who ends up loving her almost as much as I do, which won’t take long because I can’t take her anywhere without her making about 50 new friends in half an hour. 😂

If you love the idea of Roo snuggling up next to you on the sofa, following you around the house and appointing herself your new best mate, you’ll love it here.

WFH, office-based and shift work are all absolutely fine. If you WFH and think having a little Staffy colleague keeping you company sounds like a massive bonus, even better!

The ideal housemate would be someone friendly, clean, considerate, independent and easy-going/no drama. I’m early 40’s work in marketing, train regularly and generally want home to be somewhere peaceful where we can both switch off.

Female preferred, although I’d absolutely consider the right guy.

Single occupancy only, no couples, but it’s not a convent. 😂 A partner staying over occasionally is absolutely fine. I want you to feel at home and have a normal life.
