To ensure the arrangement works smoothly:

Monday–Friday occupancy only (no weekends)

Professionals only – must work full-time outside the home

No overnight guests

No smoking or vaping

Light kitchenette use only (fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster + airfryer) No heavy cooking

💷 Rent & Terms

Rent: Depends on number of nights per week (1–5 nights)

Deposit: 1 month’s rent

Bills: Included

Availability: March 2026
