About me: 33 male, professional. Spend majority of my time in the home office (working and free-time), but also spend significant time away due to family and business commitments. I enjoy international travel whenever I can, love a glass of wine or pint of beer either alone or with company, and whilst I consider myself laid back I appreciate a clean & tidy space. I like to be active when possible, try new things, and enjoy making my house better wherever possible (open to ideas!)

About you: I’m looking for a lodger of a similar age with somewhat similar interests, ideally who works outside the home most of the day. Someone clean, tidy and respectful. I enjoy my alone time, but socialising with my lodger occasionally would be great. Ultimately looking for someone friendly, easy to be around, and someone I can trust when I’m not home.

Details: £625 per month includes double room, council tax and all bills. Dedicated storage spaces in kitchen and bathroom, along with full use of communal areas. 3 month minimum stay preferred, 1 month notice, £500 refundable deposit, written agreement to ensure common understanding.
