You’ll be sharing with a 28-year-old professional male (me). I value a clean, quiet, and peaceful home environment and am looking for a like-minded, considerate professional who respects the property and neighbors. Due to work, I'll be away for half the week frequently, as well as prolonged trips away.
Preferred: Monday to Friday letting.
