Double room available to let in a family home in Dorchester. The room is on on the top floor of a large 3 story 5 bedroom town house. There is a large bathroom on this floor which shared with the occupant of the other room on this floor although the family may use the bath on occasion.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances and their is a dinning area. There is use of a washing machine and plenty of room for drying. Also a small garden with outdoor seating, and a shed with room for a bike if required.

The room has a TV points and unlimited broadband via wi fi. This is a central Dorchester location within easy walking distance of the hospital (just across the road), county hall, Poundbury, train stations and town centre..

Parking is on street for which a permit will need to be obtained.
