A nice double room with en-suite for rent for one person,, not far from Dorchester town centre , the area is Poundbury,
Lovely flat very comfortable.

No air conditioning unit’s or mobile heaters, speak to me? As electricity is expensive.

Departure is normally by 1pm the day of leaving, but you can speak to me if theirs a problem. As someone else could be moving in.

Deposits are normally taken, to cover damage to a room, or to hold a room.
So long as one agrees a moving in date.
