King size bed, large wardrobe and small sofa.
Microwave and kettle for convenience but full use of kitchen

It’s a quiet residential area between the hospital - 6 mins and sports centre - 2mins, Thomas Hardye School 1 min.

All bills inclusive

Offered preferably to female. Regardless you absolutely must be working full time normal strictly mon-fri 9-5 type hours, to avoid disturbance as it’s a small house with downstairs bathroom and I work at home. For clarity, this means you cannot have a day off and be home during the week in my workspace. (Very much a practical space, I don't mean I'm at a laptop, there are visiting clients etc)

There will be a total of just two single adults.

No overnight visitors.

Shared, well equipped kitchen and bathroom

All cleaning included.

One very quiet and friendly, female jack russell dog sleeps downstairs.

One months rent as deposit.

I'm not simply providing a service, I'm looking for a compatible long term house mate.
