The right person works full time, normal mon-fri 9-5 hours, as I work from home.

There will be a total of just three adults including you, so not a hectic family household.
No visitors seems the fairest.

Shared, well equipped kitchen and newly decorated bathroom (Shower only).

Small simple peaceful house - cheap and cheerful accommodation for someone with a busy life or avoiding commuting from family home.
All cleaning and washing up included. Linen provided.
One small, very quiet and friendly, female jack russell sleeps downstairs.

One months rent as deposit.

No gamers as my internet will not support it.
