Double Room For Rent in Ferndown Center

I have one room for rent in the center of Ferndown on the high street, I'm an easy going guy, the house is pretty quiet as I'm not a noisy sort of person. The only other occupants at the moment is one friendly cat.

There is a huge kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher (if you don't like cooking there are all types of take-aways 30 seconds away), and large living room with cinema screen :).

Ideally I would want someone who is fairly down to earth, doesn't go out getting drunk all the time and is considerate.

Wireless broadband is available, and there is Sky in the living room with a TV aerial in the room

The room can be furnished or not, your choice. It currently has a double bed a wardrobes, chest of drawers and TV if required.
