I have a large 4 x bedroom executive home in Ferndown, with easy access to A31, M27, Bournemouth, Poole, Wimborne, Ringwood & Bournemouth Airport, Aviation Park West & walking distance to Ferndown Industrial area & around 26 x miles to Southampton.

The room is available Monday to Friday and would suit an easy going professional looking for a place to call home from Monday to Friday. The house is large so you do not feel on top of each other. (No homeworking or guests).

The room is fully furnished including a very comfortable bed complete with bedding. TV & Desk in bedroom, with large Bathroom with a choice of a walk in shower or bath. (3 x separate toilets) Views onto the nature reserve. You are welcome to leave your things in your room at weekends when it will be cleaned.

Plenty of off road parking. The No 13 bus stop is about a 3 x minute walk away from the house.

South facing garden, with sun beds to relax and enjoy the afternoon/evening sun, feels like you are in the Country in a quite area (apart from the birds) and backs onto a nature reserve, the house is located on a main road.

Marks and Spencer Food, Ringwood road (open 8am - 8.30pm) is around one mile away, along with Tesco's, Sainsbury and Lidl's are all very close.

I'm a 5 x minute walk to Ferndown Sport Centre (with swimming pool) can join without being tied into a contract.

The room would suit someone who is working away from home and returns home weekends. I regret that i am unable to offer permanent 7 day a week accommodation, as I have family stay at weekends.

Can return on a Sunday evening from 7 pm if easier for your Monday.
