# Single Room in a Friendly, Detached Bungalow – Ferndown

We have a comfortable single bedroom available to rent in our three-bedroom detached bungalow, shared with a couple, in a quiet and friendly residential area of Ferndown.

The room is furnished with a single bed, and bedding will be provided and washed weekly. There is wardrobe space available for your use, although some additional wardrobe space is used by the current occupants, who may occasionally need access with your permission. The room was originally set up for a student and has a foldable desk and chair.

**All bills are included in the rent.** We will also take care of the washing and drying of your clothes. In return, we'd simply ask that you keep your room reasonably tidy and treat our home with care and consideration.

Both occupants are non-smokers and are at home pretty much 24/7, so this would suit someone who is comfortable sharing a home with a couple who are around most of the time. We also have a friendly, well-behaved dog, so you would need to be comfortable living with a dog.

The bungalow has gas central heating and double glazing throughout. There is a comfortable lounge leading into a conservatory, with access to the rear garden. The property also has a separate internal room used as an office, two bathrooms (one with a bath and handheld shower, both with locks), front and rear gardens, a long driveway and a garage. The second bathroom is en suite to the main twin bedroom and has an electric shower.

A bus stop is conveniently located at the bottom of the road, and Ferndown town centre is approximately a 30-minute walk away.

The neighbourhood is generally quiet, friendly and good-natured, making this a pleasant place to live.

We're looking for someone who would appreciate a relaxed, homely environment and be happy sharing a home with a couple and their dog.
