My council tax is high, tax band E.
Oil is exactly double the price of the last time tank was filled. But the £400 would still include your bills - provided you don't waste; think Green!

Having stated "female", it IS possible I will accept a male!

I really want someone fairly well-informed OR at least educationally inquisitive.

Out of the many hundreds of "Interests" of the landlord to choose from, not one of them is Photography. Weird.
