Lovely double room available in my home. Access to garden, kitchen and own bathroom. Wifi available. No shift or night workers please. Walking distance to main line station.

This is a Mon - Fri let preferred (more days a week would be acceptable depending on the circumstances). This would suit a professional who would travel home weekends. If seven days a week are required this may be considered for a short term period only, ie six months max. If Council Tax is required then it would be £650 per month 7 days a week stay to cover costs. Guest must provide evidence of a Right to Rent. Please provide as much detail as possible, why you require the room, for how long and any other relevant information.
