We have a single room available in our quiet home for a friendly, tidy, and respectful female lodger.
The room itself is light and airy, and has a wardrobe, drawers and desk space.
The other areas of the home would be shared with us (married couple and Ziggy our cat), this includes a bathroom, living room, conservatory, kitchen, and garden, all of which are of a reasonable size.
Our location is close to Tesco’s Express in Highcliffe, and within a 15 minute walk to the beach. The village is easily accessible and it is only a short trip by car to Sainsbury’s, and the retail park in Somerford.
Southampton, Lymington, Christchurch and Bournemouth are easily accessible by bus or train. The local bus stop is a 10 minute walk and train station approximately a 20 minute walk.
All bills including energy, council tax, Wi-Fi, water etc are included. Washing machine available for use.
Parking spaces are available, not directly outside property.
