Grade II Listed small thatched cottage
This characterful little cottage is detached and listed Grade II. It is thatched with beamed ceilings and is believed to be the oldest surviving building in the conservation village. Its photograph is in Highcliffe's official guide. It stands in a quiet wooded garden close to the local common and has a summerhouse. About two miles away is the boundary of the New Forest for walking, riding and cycling.

Downstairs is a good sized sitting/dining room with exposed rafters and beams. There is a comfortable sofa in this room together with digital television. A small hand-built kitchen leads off and there is a shower room off the kitchen. The double bedroom has rafters and an en suite with toilet and washbasin. A wide window seat overlooks the garden.
