Set in a quiet village off the A350, we are 8 miles from Blandford, 5 from Shaftesbury with great access to the A303. This part of the house was built in the 1800's but is fully modernised.

The annex is attached to the owners' house but completely independent with its own private access with leads you into an entrance area, with a nice sized kitchen, very large main bed/sitting (21' x 16') and an extra room which could be used as a dressing room/office and up a couple of steps there is a bathroom with bath and over the bath shower. There is off road parking and use of some outdoor space. The rooms are south facing and overlook the garden. All white goods are currently supplied including cooker and hob, fridge, freezer with access to shared washing machine, washing line and tumble drier.

It had a new kitchen last year and was re-decorated where needed throughout. I had a new multi fuel burner installed last year which burns wood/coal which is lovely and cosy in the winter!

Can be partly furnished with a double bed, easy chairs, book case, chest of drawers, hanging space, a dining table and chairs but you are welcome to bring your own as I can easily store it elsewhere. The annex has its own Wifi feed. There is a large cupboard under the stairs for storage.

There is a multi fuel burner installed, central heating, double glazed windows and front door.

I am looking for a professional who is in full time employment. You would need to be comfortable with having a family as neighbours there is also a dog, and 2 cats too.
