Dear potential lodger
I’m currently on the look out for a lodger. I’m Danny (49yr old live in landlord)
I’m particular about being clean & tidy & you will need to be the same at least in the communal areas of the house apart from that I’m pretty chilled & you’re welcome to use the lounge & social Interaction has always been great with past lodgers.
There is a sunny garden with decking & garden furniture which we can use throughout the spring & summer !!!
In terms of amenities I have super fast fibre optic broadband/ Sky television/ prime and Netflix (all included) dishwasher / washing machine/ tumble dryer / bathroom has large roll top bath & huge separate shower . Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a separate large fridge freezer just for lodger & a whole separate cupboard. I have everything so no need to bring your own pots/pans crockery etc . BAKING IS ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED!!!
The property is located in the very quiet picturesque village of Langton Matravers but only a short distance from Swanage . Plenty of on road parking right outside the house if you have a car.
The room is a good size double & fully furnished with standard double bed / wardrobe/ chest of drawers & bedside tables.
Please note a DBS check will be required as I have my daughter (3) stay with me every third weekend
