Dear potential lodgers
I’m currently on the look out for 2x new lodgers. I’m Danny (47yr old live in landlord) I have an18yr old cat Biggie who is very friendly.
I’m particular about being clean & tidy & you will need to be the same at least in the communal areas of the house apart from that I’m pretty chilled & you’re welcome to use the lounge & social Interaction has always been great with past lodgers.
There is a sunny garden with decking & hammock/garden furniture which we can all use throughout the spring & summer !!!
In terms of amenities I have super fast fibre optic broadband/ Sky television/ Netflix (all included) dishwasher / washing machine/ tumble dryer / shared bathroom with 1 other lodger (once both rooms are taken) with roll top bath & huge separate shower . Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including a separate large fridge freezer just for lodgers (x2) & a whole separate cupboard. We have everything so no need to bring your own pots/pans crockery etc . BAKING IS ACTIVELY ENCOURAGED!!!
The property is located in the very quiet picturesque village of Langton Matravers but only a short distance from Swanage . Plenty of on road parking right outside the house if you have a car.
Please note that I’m looking for somebody who is cat friendly.
Both rooms are good size doubles & fully furnished with standard double beds / wardrobe/ chest of drawers & bedside tables. The rooms also have wall mounted flat screen televisions with Netflix etc.
